Payment Policies

Payment for in-office treatments and procedures, such as injectables and lasers, are due at the time of service. Payment for these services can be made via credit card or CareCredit only.

Please note that we do not accept personal checks for same day services. Additionally, please note that cash payment is not available at our office.

For cosmetic procedures, all surgeons fees must be paid in full in order to secure the patients’ surgery date. Facility fees must be paid in full no later than 2 weeks prior to surgery. While we do not offer in-house financing, we accept Care Credit. Should you choose to finance your upcoming surgery with CareCredit, your surgical coordinator will be happy to review the payment options and details during your consultation. Purely cosmetic services cannot and will not be billed to any third-party insurer.

If your surgery is reconstructive in nature, an estimated pre-payment will be required as a deposit to schedule surgery (WITH THE EXCEPTION OF PRIMARY BREAST RECONSTRUCTION, they are the only patients that are billed after the surgery and are not responsible for a pre-payment). The amount of your pre-payment is determined by any of the insurer’s unmet benefits (such as deductibles and out of pocket maximums) and is not a reflection of the total bill. Insurance-based consultations and office visits will be subject to your listed co-pay or billed after your visit.  For more information on the approximate cost of your upcoming visit, please call Member Services listed on the back of your insurance card to inquire about specialist office visits pricing and “in-network” status. Please note that office visits deemed out of network or rejected by an insurance company will become the responsibility of the patient to pay in full. Should your procedure fit the criteria of being deemed medically necessary, our insurance liaisons will work to assist in obtaining pre-determination, certification and/or authorization on your behalf. During the authorization process, our liaisons will also provide an estimated prepayment to our surgery coordinators. Our surgery coordinators are required to collect this amount in order to procure your surgery date and location. 

All surgical, cosmetic injection and skin care treatment recommendations are individualized just for you. Therefore, our fees are only provided in person, once you have been evaluated, assessed and appropriate recommendations for treatment are made.
