Hailing from North Carolina, Jessica has been an integral team member at Atlanta Plastic & Reconstructive Specialists for a decade. As a Surgical Physician Assistant, she is passionate about helping patients become the best versions of themselves, with a special commitment to restoring self-esteem for reconstructive cancer patients.

Away from the practice, Jessica is a dedicated outdoor enthusiast who takes every opportunity to get fresh air and enjoy the beauty of nature.

Michelle Hosang, NP-C

Michelle Hosang is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Licensed Esthetician, and Senior Laser Practitioner with more than 17 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Michelle began her career in aesthetics as a licensed esthetician before earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing, becoming a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She has completed extensive advanced training in injectables, laser resurfacing, skin tightening, regenerative aesthetics, and facial rejuvenation.

Michelle believes healthy skin is the foundation of every aesthetic journey. Her philosophy is simple: educate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and recommend the treatments that will provide the most natural, meaningful, and long-lasting results.

Outside the office, Michelle enjoys traveling, discovering new restaurants, and spending time with her husband and energetic twins.

Jan Brown, RN, BSN

A native of Savannah, Georgia, Jan earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Nell Hodgson Woodruff School of Nursing at Emory University. Her extensive clinical background spans cardiac telemetry, neurosurgery ICU, special procedures, and PACU. Jan joined Atlanta Plastic & Reconstructive Specialists 15 years ago, bringing a wealth of expertise and a deep appreciation for her team and patients.

Outside the clinic, Jan and her husband, Dr. Morris Brown, a cardiothoracic surgeon at Piedmont Atlanta Hospital, enjoy spending quality time with their children and grandchildren in Dallas and Greenville. In her free time, you can find Jan playing tennis, hiking in the mountains, kayaking, biking at the beach, taking walks with her dog, Ellie, or getting Botox and her face lasered at Dr. Symbas’s office.

Cindy Battey, RN, BSN

With more than 15 years of plastic surgery nursing experience, Cindy provides compassionate, high-quality care to every patient she meets. Having spent her youth in Chile, South America, Cindy is completely fluent in Spanish, a distinction that leads many of our Spanish-speaking patients to request her by name.

A proud grandmother of three, Cindy loves spoiling her grandchildren with trips to Richards Variety Store and Baskin-Robbins. In her downtime, she enjoys peaceful walks along the Chattahoochee River with her grand-dog, Spud.

Jill Smith, RN, BSN

Raised in the Pocono Mountains of Pennsylvania, Jill brings a rich, decade-long familiarity with injectables, advanced skincare, and aesthetic wellness to her role as Clinic Nurse. Her passion for aesthetic care and patient well-being makes her a natural fit for our clinical team.

Outside of the office, Jill stays active and enjoys spending her free time playing tennis and biking.

Lacy Harrison, Operations Director and Cosmetic Surgical Coordinator

Born in Atlanta and raised in Charleston, Lacy brings over 15 years of dedicated experience in plastic surgery and aesthetics to her dual role as Office Manager and Surgical Coordinator. She believes plastic surgery empowers patients to quiet their inner critic and step fully into the present moment with renewed confidence and self-appreciation.

Currently pursuing evening coursework in creative writing at Emory University, Lacy is an avid writer and adventurous traveler who loves discovering new international destinations whenever she is out of the office.

Jennifer Clark, Surgical Coordinator

Jennifer brings nearly 30 years of healthcare experience to our team, having spent 15 years as a surgical technologist before transitioning into surgical coordination. Originally from Massachusetts, she relocated to Georgia in 2002 and remains passionate about how transformative procedures help patients regain their confidence.

At home, Jennifer cherishes quality time with her blended family of six children, enjoying weekend game nights, baking, and Starbucks runs. In addition to relaxing weekend downtime at home, she loves taking trips back to New England to visit family and enjoy local cuisine.
